Andrew Lock is one of Australia’s preeminent mountaineers and remote area adventurers, climbing all fourteen of the World’s 8000 metre death zone mountains. Additionally, he is one of our most sought-after mountain and wilderness guides, having led over 100 expeditions to every continent on earth. He has worked as an expedition leader and trainer in Antarctica for multiple seasons. He was also the first Australian to lead a commercial expedition to the summit of Mt Everest and has over 30 years’ experience teaching climbers, trekkers, expeditioners, backcountry skiers, wilderness campers, Search and Rescue teams, and more.
