Time to chill out in the high country with the best the mountains can offer you, with a highly experienced guide and on the 'good gear', alpine touring or telemark skis. Bring or hire your gear (boots, skis, poles, skins). K7 Adventures will take you on half day or day trips ski touring or enjoy some back country steep chutes not far from the main resort areas. Make a day of it with a picnic lunch. If you want to start out from Thredbo for off piste freshies this is the trip for you. Mix it in with a champagne lunch or simply a light picnic on route and catch some of the best Snowy Mountains scenery on offer.

Alpine Ski Tourers must be at least intermediate skiers on alpine skis and capable of comfortably skiing steeps and enjoy very good levels of fitness.

MT KOSCIUSZKO SKI TOUR
Classic ski tour best from Thredbo via Kosciuszko Express to Eagle’s Nest then to Mt Kosciuszko. Return loop will take you either via Seaman’s Hut or Kosi South Ridge and Cootapatamba Hut with a reasonably strenuous climb to the Ramsheads Plateau. Return via Signature Hill Steeps to Thredbo. Fantastic day out!

THREE RAMSHEADS SKI TOUR & STEEPS
A perfect journey via North Ramshead to Ramshead - choice of runs - to Bogong Creek or Leatherbarrel Creek. Leatherbarrel steeps require high intermediate ski skills and strong fitness for climb out to Ramshead and ski via Bogong Creek or South Ramshead. Picnic amongst the snow gums and snack on the peaks.
