Snowkiting in The Snowy Mountains
This is the only activity where you will truly appreciate our wild winter winds! Harness up and learn how to fly a kite, while skimming along the open backcountry slopes. This tour requires backcountry equipment, as the lessons take place in the mountains beyond Thredbo Resort. Snowkiting is a ground-based sport and easy to learn, however, skiing and snowboarding experience is also must. Jennie Milton, will teach you all the safety aspects of the sport, as well as providing the kites and harnesses. She will be there to guide you every step of the way!
