K7 Adventures handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Please return the Booking Confirmation Form to secure your Adventure alternatively via EFT (details available on request).

Cancel your booking seven or more days in advance without penalty (full refund). Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. 

We accept booking cancellations within seven days in the case of illness, injury or other extraneous circumstances.

In the event of cancellation within 48 hrs of the tour, lesson or service we will not refund your deposit or payment - unless there are exceptional circumstances. All refunds are made at the discretion of K7 Adventures.
